Email Notification

Estes Valley Library patrons have the option to receive an email notification regarding items that are about to be due, and when an item they have requested is ready for pick up.

Courtesy reminders will be sent 3 days before materials are due. These reminders, a convenience requested by Library patrons, will also encourage a more timely return of materials, which increases availability to other borrowers.

An immediate message is sent when an item on hold has arrived and is available to be picked up. Patrons without an email address listed will continue to be notified by telephone when requested items are available.

You may opt into arrived hold email notification by adding your email address to your account either online via the “My Account” tab at, or by notifying Library staff at 586-8116 (press 2). Please have your account number handy.

Not a member of the Library? Come on in and check it out. There is no charge for access to thousands of books, magazines, movies, music CDs, research databases, Internet access, and community programs.
